Now the ball really gets rolling. I’ve been assigned franchise number 39653 now.

Yay! I *heart* subway. My first “American” meal, the night I landed in the US, was at a Subway. At that time, it was awful – a friend of mine had ordered my sandwich for me; it had crap like ranch dressing, french mustard and jalapenos – but, with time, I came to love subways. Even today, I walk across terminals at Changi to visit that newly opened subway franchise.
Yikes. Subway has lots of choices, so you can certainly come up with some bizarre combinations. Sounds like your friend either had an odd sense of taste or an odd sense of humor. Then again, I like black olives on a Tuna sub which some would think is weird.
There’s a few differences but it is 90% the same. We don’t have the chicken parmesan here, we just got the new toaster ovens here, and we still have the sub club cards.

Good luck with your bidness.

How different is Taiwan Subway from U.S. Subway?
